Saturdays and Sundays: We do not have availability.


Response Time: We promise to respond to your questions and problems within a maximum period of 72 business hours. We will do our best to resolve your query at the first interaction. However, in more complex cases, we may need more time to investigate and provide you with a suitable solution. In such situations, we will keep you informed about the progress and estimated time for resolution.

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to make changes to our support policy at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and we recommend that you check it periodically to be aware of any updates.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNES AND  EXCHANGES 

I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase


THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN´T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
